A high security site based in Centurion with a land area of 53 hectares and 26 000sqm of office space and over 40,000 Sqm of workshop, light industrial and engineering space. It houses the Denel Corporate Office, Denel Dynamics, Denel Integrated Systems Solutions, Denel UAVs, Cassidian Optronics as well as other manufacturing, electronics and commercial tenants.

Plans are in place to develop the Irene site (in partnership with theprivate sector) into a high technology industrial park, housing both local and international tenants.
